This service enables military or paramilitary personnel with a disability believed to be service-related to apply for a disability pension from the relevant authority.
The disability pension is granted following an examination of the medical and administrative file by the competent authorities.

Procedure
The applicant must compile a file containing the required administrative and medical documents prior to appearing before the pension assessment board. Following examination of the file and validation of the procedure, a decision to grant a pension may be issued.
Required documents
An application to appear before the medical assessment board;
A service record;
A certificate of the origin of the illness or injury;
A medical assessment report;
The minutes of the board’s meeting;
A certificate known as Form 82-10.
Steps in the procedure
Compile the application file with the required documents.
Submit the file to the relevant authorities.
Medical and administrative review of the file.
Presentation of the file to the pension assessment board.
Issuance of the decision to grant a pension.
Processing of the file and issue of the pension card.

An application to be presented to the committee;
A certificate of the origin of the illness or injury;
A medical assessment certificate;
The committee’s minutes;
The new Form 82-10 certificate;
